What to wear for your boudoir shoot???

So you have booked your boudoir photoshoot yay!!! Now the big looking question is what to wear???

The amount of changes you should bring depends on which package you select. We always advise to bring more than you think and then we can help with the final selections at the studio. Items to not forget would be shoes and jewelry as they help your "look" be more complete. While we do not keep an abundance of generic props here we do encourage items from home that you may want to incorporate into your shoot to give it a personal touch.

Here are a few tips and suggestions that give you a glimpse of the diversity of a boudoir shoot and what it can be! May your imagination be your only limitation! And bring on the creativity! We love to get artistic with you!

Bring a Sports Jersey

Is your significant other a fanatic? Have a favorite team yourself? Sport a jersey to show off your sexy side and team spirit! Even think about a high school or college jersey from the past to dust off and give new meaning! It’s all about getting creative!

Bring something personal

Bring something from home like an instrument, sporting equipment, a favorite record…anything that may add that personal touch to your session. Also when he/she looks at that item later it will have a new ooh la la memory to go along with it! Less is sometimes more!

Having a hard time coming up with outfits? Sometimes less is more! From strategically placed flowers…a simple sheet..silky scarf…these simple items bring the focus back to just you and also add an artistic touch to your boudoir shoot. Accessorize

From jewelry to hair pieces, a button up shirt or a jacket…think outside the box on your accessories! We may not use them for the entire look but having options gives you more diversity in your final images! Also don’t be afraid to layer up! From a nice robe to a fun duster or jacket…it is often the things that are not traditionally supposed to go with lingerie that WOW!
